WAIVER

WHERE DO I FIND THE ONLINE WAIVER?
There is a button on every web page, but this is the direct link 

DO I NEED TO SIGN MY WAIVER ONLINE?
All waivers are online only.

I HAVE ALREADY SIGNED ONLINE. DO I NEED TO SIGN IT AGAIN?
Beginning August 2020, we have a new waiver. You must sign this waiver and you should be good for a few years or unless insurance guidelines change. Just present your PHOTO ID upon check in.

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY WAIVER?
No. Just present your photo ID

Children Waivers 
 All children must be included on a parent waiver.  

I SIGNED A WAIVER LAST TIME I WAS AT AN EVENT, BUT I DIDN'T HAVE MY KIDS WITH ME. HOW DO I ADD THEM? 
You will need to complete a new waiver and add them in the "Minor" section 

I WILL HAVE SOMEONE ELSES CHILD WITH ME. HOW DO I COMPLETE THEIR WAIVER? 
Be sure that the child's parent or legal guardian have signed their waiver for them (yes....even if that parent is not going!)


PRICING

DOES ENTRY INCLUDE PRIMITIVE CAMPING AND THE CONCERTS?
Yes! On most MCORP events. There may be some exceptions and will be posted on ticketing info

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS AT THE GATE?
No, we accept CASH ONLY AT THE GATE. Please swing by the ATM on your way and get cash.

IF I PURCHASED A TICKET ONLINE, DO I NEED TO PRINT OUT/DOWNLOAD MY TICKET AND BRING IT WITH ME TO THE GATE?
YES! If you have purchased an advance ticket online, you MUST bring your own printed out ticket to the gate OR show your downloaded ticket on your smartphone for entry! No Ticket, No Entry.

I BOUGHT TICKETS FOR MYSELF (AND OTHERS) AND WHEN I PRINTED THEM OUT THEY ONLY HAD MY NAME ON THEM, WILL THIS BE A PROBLEM?
No. Each ticket will have a different bar code that will only allow us to scan once. All you must do is present each ticket at the gate.

ARE ALL TICKET PURCHASES FINAL?
YES!

Kids 11 and under are FREE * Some events may be an exception and will be posted accordingly if there is a change per event.


RIDING

CAN I RIDE AT ANYTIME DURING THE EVENT?
No. There is ABSOLUTELY NO RIDING AFTER MIDNIGHT for ALL types of vehicles. We do not allow riding/spinning of tires in the hay field and there is a 5 mph speed limit in the campground area.

ARE TRUCKS ALLOWED ON THE TRAILS?
No. The trails are for ATVs/UTVs/Golf Carts only. 

DO I NEED A FLAG FOR MY ATV/UTV/GOLF CART?
 Only for specified events and those events will be posted as flag required.

CAN I BRING A DIRT BIKE/3WHEELER OR RACING 4 WHEELER?
No! If you bring one of these to the park during this event you will have to leave it parked in a designated area and give us the keys that will be returned to you when you leave the park.

ARE THERE QUIET HOURS AT THE PARK?
Yes. Quiet hours are from Midnight (12 am) to 7 am. No loud music, LMF pipes, etc. Please be respectful to our neighbors and others in the park.

CAN I RIDE IN THE HAY FIELDS?
No. Hay is considered a crop and if it is damaged/destroyed this is a criminal offense and you will be charged accordingly. There are lots of other places to ride and spin tires, but the hay fields are not one of them!

CAMPING

DO YOU HAVE HOOKUPS FOR CAMPING?
Yes. However, those spots have to be reserved, we also have unlimited space for primitive camping. Generators are welcome.

WHAT BATHROOM AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE?
We have climate controlled bath houses - with a separate section for Men (Mudders) and Women (Muddettes) and we will have dozens of Porta Potties available throughout the park.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
No. We do not allow pets at this event.

ARE FIRES ALLOWED?
Yes, must be contained ie, fire pit or barrel and as long as there is no burn ban within the county. No trash, glass (which is not allowed), cans etc. in the fires.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS IS A FAMILY FRIENDLY PARK NO FIGHTING WILL BE TOLERATED. COOLERS ARE WELCOME BUT GLASS CONTAINERS ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED AND MAY BE CONFISCATED.

WRIST BANDS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES. IF YOU ARE NOT WEARING AN ARM BAND YOU WILL EITHER HAVE TO LEAVE THE PARK OR PURCHASE ANOTHER BAND AT FULL PRICE

*It is against Georgia Laws to ride any ATV/UTV up and down the river waterway and you can be fined*

Helmets are recommended for children 16 and under

RULES

Moccasin Creek Off Road Park (MCROP) Rules

The event rules listed below will be strictly enforced by event staff and security at all times. These rules are for your safety and the safety of others around you. Failure to comply with these rules will result in your ejection from the premises without a refund.

 

  •  The speed limit is 5 MPH everywhere on the property except for the Mud Hole.
  •  All riding is at your own risk. All activities at MCORP are high risk sporting events.
  •  No Riding in Hay Fields, Only on outsides or  where paths are visible!
  •  No underage drinking.
  •  Children under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by parents and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. 
  •  No public nudity.
  •  No firearms, illegal drugs, fireworks, fighting or aggressive behavior.
  •  No pets.
  •  No drinking and driving. All state alcohol laws apply, including DUI laws.
  •  Everyone entering the premises, must sign a liability waiver prior to being admitted, this is whether or not you are a rider or accompanying a rider. All riders are strongly encouraged to wear proper safety equipment and all manufacturers’ safety requirements must be followed.
  •  Riding is allowed in the mud pits only during the daylight hours, or as posted by the park. FOR OVERNIGHT GUESTS, NO RIDING AFTER MIDNIGHT! (On weekends when day passes are available, day riders must leave the park by 10 PM AND park in the Day Parking only area)
  •  All trucks driving within the park must cease at Dark.
  • NO TRUCKS OR JEEPS ON TRAILS. Trails are for ATVs/SXS.
  •  Quiet hours in all of the camping areas are from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  •  All vehicles must remain within the boundaries of the park and avoid all restricted areas identified by Moccasin Creek Off Road Park.
  •  Campfires must be placed in a container or hole and must be attended to by an adult at all times. No burning of pallets or tires is allowed.
  •  No chainsaws and no cutting or damaging of any trees or vegetation on the property.
  •  No dumping of hazardous materials.
  •  Wristbands must be worn throughout your entire stay at M.C.O.R.P. Anyone found without a wristband will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will be required to pay the entrance fee to re-enter.
  •  No littering.
  •  NO GLASS bottles or glass containers of any kind. (Bring it in plastic or cans or it will be confiscated at the gate). Please use can bins on premises for CANS ONLY.
  •  All side by sides and Atv’s must have a safety flag & pole on certain events and will be posted, otherwise flags are not required. Side by sides and atv’s also must have headlights or a glowhip!!
  •  Mudding Areas are for mudding, grassy camping areas are for camping. If you get caught mudding in a camping area you run the risk of being escorted from the park.
  •  No dirt bikes or three wheelers of any kind.
  •  No Three wheelers or Go carts. No Racing 4-Wheelers, 2 or 4 wheel drive utility 4-wheelers ONLY allowed. (Golf carts & Side by Sides are allowed.)
  •  Anyone over the age of 18 must present a valid state driver's license or state issued ID.  The ID must not be expired.
  • Keep in mind MCORP is a natural habitat - Please be aware there may be wildlife, bugs and poisonous plants on this property.
